i don't have a file with the name "mode" but if you mean "mode2" i got the following results:

I pressed three buttons on the remote, first UP then RIGHT and the ENTER.

Looks like a timing problem. In /etc/lircd.conf, replace the line:

Code: Select all

  zero           625   375

with

Code: Select all

  zero           625   625

.
Kill and restart lircd and try irw. If you don't see anything at first, press 2-3 different buttons rapidly and see if it makes a difference.

thanks that works. But i it okay that i see most keypresses twice? Another Problem is that my VDR doesn't recognize the Keypresses when the Remote Control Keylearning is running.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with vdr, i have to press ENTER on my keyboard to get pass the first step, then i get to the learning prosess of the remote.
